1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Perfume products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return:
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The seal on the perfume bottle must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used perfumes are not eligible for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Damaged or broken items during shipping are eligible for replacement, not refund.
  • Items purchased as part of a promotional offer may have different return conditions. Please check the offer details.

3. Return Process

  • If the product is found to be used, damaged, or not in original condition, the refund may be partially reduced or denied.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect perfume, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
