We take pride in the quality of our perfumes and strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Perfume products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The seal on the perfume bottle must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used perfumes are not eligible for a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Damaged or broken items during shipping are eligible for replacement, not refund.
- Items purchased as part of a promotional offer may have different return conditions. Please check the offer details.
3. Return Process

- Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Our support team will guide you with the return shipping process.
- Return shipping charges may apply unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- If the product is found to be used, damaged, or not in original condition, the refund may be partially reduced or denied.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect perfume, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
