At Cult Fragrances, we take pride in offering high-quality perfumes and attars. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict No Return & No Refund Policy to ensure the integrity and hygiene of every item we deliver to our customers.
By purchasing from our website or authorized sellers, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that all sales are final.
2. Why We Do Not Accept Returns or Refunds
Perfumes and attars are personal care products, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns once the product has been delivered. Our policy is in place to:

3. Exceptions to the No Return & No Refund Policy
While we maintain a strict policy, we do make exceptions under the following circumstances:
A. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery by:
